Yoga mats

In the rare case of you finding that your hands or feet are slipping away from you when you are using a new Yoga mat, firstly check the care instructions as to how you are advised to improve this particular aspect.

Please visit our Downloads centre for the latest care advice for our soft vinyl stretch and exercise floor mats.

Swiss Physio, (Core-Stability) balls

Ensure that the ball has not been inflated to over the specified diameter. (It is possible to inflate the ball in a few minutes by just blowing into the small chamber with the mouth)

If using a bicycle or foot pump, you will need to use the dual sized adapter to inflate the ball. To do this insert the adapter firmly into the chamber with the threaded end facing outwards. Screw the pump attachment onto the appropriate thread of the adapter and inflate the ball.

For safety, it's probably not a good idea to use highly compressed air lines to inflate the ball

The first time you inflate the ball may lead to some difficulty in reaching the maximum diameter because the material will stretch further with continued use. Add more air as required

Avoid letting the ball come into contact with direct sources of heat such as radiators, or solvents and other harsh chemicals

Make sure the stopper is securely fitted into the chamber at all times to avoid accidental deflation and possible injury

To deflate the ball for any reason, just prise out the stopper and let some air out

EVA foam blocks and bricks

Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents to clean foam yoga blocks or bricks. Use only mild soap and warm water and keep away from direct sources of heat such as radiators

Store on a flat, even surface
